FEES

• No Site Fee for Semi-Private or Private Events
• $1, 000 minimum for Party Package events
and semi-private events
• $3,000 minimum for private events
• No Shots included in Party Package Drink Pricing
• Payment in full required for Party Package Events in or
reserving semi-private space
• Drink ticket and drink tab options are available
• Food ordered from catering menu must be paid for at a
minimum of two weeks prior to the event.

  • Crawfish/Shrimp Boil and Oyster Shucking Packages can be done based on season and availability
  • Valet Parking at Renaissance Hotel across the street- pricing and availability may vary
  • 4 Hour Parties available with upcharge
  • District is an Over 21 Years of Age Establishment
  • Audio/Visual requests, times, and dates must be approved by General Manager
  • All packages subject to a District Catering Contract
